Statutorily designated regional CMHC required to provide 24/7 crisis response and the full range of services for mental illness, substance use disorders and intellectual/developmental disabilities: outpatient therapy, psychiatry, crisis stabilization, case management, peer support, targeted case management, IDD supports, school-based and youth services.
