NOLO targets WCAG 2.2 AA. That includes visible keyboard focus, logical heading structure, large touch targets, sufficient color contrast, reduced-motion support, and never conveying meaning by color alone.
The core journey — search, resource details, phone numbers, and the emergency panel — is built to work on older phones and throttled connections before any decorative imagery loads, and every map will always have a list alternative.
