Providers can review what No One Left Outside shows about their programs and propose corrections. Where we have them, sources and check dates appear. Changes need review before publication. A receipt code lets you check the status of your submission. Review your organization’s listing.

Resource information can change without notice. Programs close, application dates move, and phone numbers change. An old record can waste a trip for someone seeking help and for the worker helping them.

No One Left Outside focuses on what supports a listing and when it was checked. Where we have them, we show sources and dates. Missing details stay UNKNOWN. Closed programs can stay marked as closed so readers can check an old printout.

A directory can help you find a program. You still need to check whether its details are current. Sources, dates, and clear limits help you decide what to ask next.

No One Left Outside treats that as the product: the source and check date shown wherever we have them, uncertainty labeled rather than hidden, human review as the publication gate, and conflicting information preserved instead of silently overwritten. Providers are listed without ranking, paid placement, or advertising. Each program decides its own eligibility. No One Left Outside doesn’t claim bed counts or real-time availability, and it keeps no accounts or records about the people who search.

No One Left Outside’s directory holds no client or patient records. If your project needs a business associate agreement, a security review, or a specific certification, tell us in the first conversation so we can scope it honestly.

We take on defined projects with set deliverables and timelines, delivered directly by the founder. Ask about capacity and start dates in the first conversation. Coverage today is Kentucky and Indiana. Depth varies by category and county, and we’ll show you the coverage for your area before you commit.

If continuity matters to your organization, raise it in the first conversation. Data portability and a defined exit path are reasonable things to ask a small vendor for, and the answer belongs in the agreement.
