No One Left Outside grew from helping people find housing, harm-reduction services, benefits, and other support in Louisville and nearby communities. That work included dead phone numbers, closed programs, and missing documents. Those experiences shape this site. Where we have them, we show sources and dates, and we say UNKNOWN when a detail needs more evidence.

Help is spread across agency websites, provider pages, forms, and local offices. Finding a provider is only a start. You may also need to know what to bring, who makes the decision, and what to try if the first route fails.
No One Left Outside brings these starting points together and shows what supports them. It does not decide who qualifies, reserve a service, submit a form, or replace an agency or trained professional.
Built to expand responsibly
No One Left Outside started in Louisville. We review sources, proposed changes, and public guidance separately. As we add communities, we check local rules. A rule for one county may not apply in another.
Adding an area means checking local sources and who serves that area. A statewide list alone does not establish local coverage.

What is still incomplete
No One Left Outside has gaps. Some guides link to checked official pages and forms. Others help you prepare while we check local routes. A listing status does not show whether a program has room or will accept you today. Ask the program before you travel.
