No One Left Outside is a free public-resource tool for Kentucky and Indiana, built around the question frontline professionals actually face: what is the next usable step, and how do you flag something that changed without becoming a database maintainer?

The tools below are free and need no account. Resource coverage is deepest in Louisville/Jefferson County and surrounding Kentucky counties. Indiana listings went live in October 2026. The invitation to join the network is open anywhere, but the coverage is not national and this page will not pretend otherwise.

What you can use today

Turn the public resources in your Action Deck into one printable sheet per resource: who to contact, questions to ask, what to bring, deadlines, what No One Left Outside does not know, and what to try next. Outcomes are closed choices, so nothing about the person can be written down.

    No sign-in. Choose the situations, narrow each plan with closed-list answers that stay in your browser tab, and print an ordered plan with sources, fallbacks and a review receipt. Nothing about the person is taken or sent.

    Enter the repeated details once and print a prepared sheet for each form in the journey, with its number, agency, source date, and signature rule. No One Left Outside does not store or send what you type.

    One field, one answer, one date. Log what you found in the thirty seconds after a call ends. Confirmations count as much as corrections; a directory nobody confirms decays quietly.

Use first, verify second

You should get something out of No One Left Outside before it asks you for anything. Use a journey, print a packet, make the call — and then, if you have half a minute, tell us what you found.

  1. 1. Use it. Find the route, build the handoff, place the call.
  2. 2. Log what happened. One field, one outcome, one date. Under a minute.
  3. 3. A person reviews it. Nothing you send edits or publishes a resource by itself.

Confirmations matter as much as corrections. “Still accurate on Tuesday” is the evidence a directory almost never gets, and it is why entries go stale without anyone noticing.

What we never want

Never send client information. No One Left Outside does not need names, dates of birth, case numbers, health details, or legal narratives about the people you support — not in an email, not in a correction, not in the tools on this page. The one-fill worksheet is built so that information stays on your device.

Nothing you send publishes automatically. A correction enters a human review queue. Conflicts and unknowns stay visible until evidence supports a change.

No One Left Outside is not emergency services and does not confirm eligibility, availability, acceptance, or placement. Follow your organisation’s protocols and confirm critical details directly.
