You used it. Was the listing right?
One field, one answer, one date. This is built to be finished in the thirty seconds after a call ends — not to be a form you set aside for later and never come back to.
Choose a current No One Left Outside listing first
A microcheck must attach to a current public program. Open the program you used, then choose “Log a microcheck” on that listing. This prevents a typed name from pointing at the wrong resource.

Every contribution carries a tier, and the tiers do not blur into one another. A confirmation from you is strong operational evidence and still is not the organisation speaking.
- User reported
- Someone told us. Not yet checked against anything.
- Frontline use observed
- A worker used the resource and reported what happened. Strong operational evidence; it is not a source.
- Official source verified
- A reviewer checked the claim against the organisation's own published source or a government source.
- Provider confirmed
- The organisation itself confirmed the named field through an authenticated route. Never inferred from anything above.
Nothing you submit edits or publishes a resource. Every check enters the same human review queue as any other correction, and a reviewer decides what — if anything — changes.
