Report a change
A dead number, wrong hours, a program that folded, something we’re missing — tell us. No account needed. Every report goes into a review queue where a person checks it against evidence before anything on the site changes.
- STEP 1You send a leadYour report stays private while it is reviewed.
- STEP 2A person checks itA reviewer compares the specific claim with evidence.
- STEP 3Publication stays separateNothing changes publicly just because it was submitted.
What helps a reviewer confirm this
- A link a reviewer can open — the provider’s own page, a posted notice, a news item. One good link usually settles it.
- How you know, if there is no link: “I called on Tuesday and the number was disconnected” is evidence a reviewer can act on.
- Which specific fact is wrong and what it should say instead, rather than “this listing is out of date”.
- If you work for the organization, say so — it tells a reviewer how much weight to give your report. It does not publish your change automatically.
Please leave out anything about a specific client, and any documents or identifiers — see privacy & safety. A reviewer never needs them to fix a listing.
