You moved to Indiana and need food or health benefits
Apply in Indiana, be ready to show where you live, and tell DFR about benefits from your old state.

You can apply for SNAP online through the FSSA Benefits Portal. DFR handles SNAP, TANF and Medicaid. Call 800-403-0864 for help.

Tell DFR if you got SNAP or cash help in another state, and ask your old state to close that case. For cash help, Indiana's manual says help here starts no earlier than the date it ended there.
