- What it covers
- The Assisted Living service is defined as the following services provided in a congregate residential setting
in conjunction with the provision of participant-paid room and board:
• Personal care and services
• Home and community assistance
• Chore, attendant care and companion services
• Medication oversight (to the extent permitted under state law)
• Therapeutic social and recreational programming.
This service includes 24-hour, on-site response staff to meet scheduled and unpredictable needs. The
participant retains the right to assume risk.
